Platform terms

These terms govern the use of the Hireman Solutions recruitment portal by candidates, employers and other authorised users.

Accurate accounts

Provide accurate contact and profile information, maintain one account for your own use and protect your password and private recovery code. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Candidates imported by an authorised administrator must replace their temporary password at first sign-in.

Employer and job review

Employer registrations and job posts may be reviewed before activation or publication. Platform approval supports moderation but is not a guarantee of identity, payment, job quality, selection or employment.

Candidate responsibilities

Apply only with truthful experience and contact information. Confirm the work location, reporting time, responsibilities and payment terms before accepting an assignment. Never pay an unauthorised recruitment fee or share bank credentials through the portal.

Safe and lawful use

Do not upload government identity documents, confidential examination material, malicious files, deceptive vacancies, discriminatory requirements or content you are not authorised to share. Misuse may result in suspension.

Applications, payroll and communications

Application, deployment, attendance and payment-status updates appear inside the signed-in account. Creating an account or applying does not guarantee an interview, assignment, salary or response. Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions and project communications. Hireman administrators may maintain operational attendance, payroll batch and payment-status records for confirmed deployments. A payroll status records administrative reconciliation and should be checked against the actual bank receipt. Communication tools open administrator-reviewed WhatsApp or email drafts; delivery depends on the selected external service.

Availability and changes

The portal may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Hireman Solutions may revise these terms and operational processes as the service develops.
