Biometric Operator – Exam Day Deployment

About the role

Hireman Solutions is hiring Biometric Operators for an examination-day deployment across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Selected operators will handle candidate biometric registration and verification according to the provided SOP. Responsibilities include reporting at the assigned examination centre on time, operating the biometric device carefully, verifying candidate details, coordinating with the centre team, maintaining accurate work records, and completing device/material handover after duty. This is a one-day on-site assignment on 27 September 2026. Reporting time is 6:30 AM and duty is expected to continue until approximately 12:00 PM.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets or biometric devices • Ability to follow examination SOPs and centre instructions • Punctual, responsible and comfortable working in an exam environment • Must attend any required briefing or training • Must carry a valid photo ID and smartphone • Final centre allocation will be shared with selected operators • Payment: ₹450 per operator for the completed assignment, subject to verified attendance and completion of assigned duties
